These terms apply to purchases from horological-london.com. Please read them before ordering.

About us. Horological London. Email: Help@horological-london.com.

Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we email to confirm dispatch. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or a price is plainly wrong. If so, we will refund you in full.

Prices. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. UK delivery is free.

Products. Our watch rolls are made of leather. Each hide differs a little, so slight variations in grain and colour are natural.

Delivery. See our Shipping Policy. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery.

Cancellation and returns. You may cancel within 14 days of receiving your goods, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. See our Refund and Returns Policy.

Faulty goods. Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms.

Liability. We are responsible for foreseeable loss caused by our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable. Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law.

Events outside our control. We are not liable for delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control. We will tell you and do what we can.

Intellectual property. The content of this website belongs to us. Please do not reuse it without permission.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

Changes. We may revise these terms. The version in force when you order applies.
