Shipping

We send every order from the United Kingdom.

UK delivery. Delivery is free across the UK mainland: Great Britain and Northern Ireland. Orders usually arrive within 1 to 3 working days.

Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man. Delivery is £5.

Dispatch. You will receive an email with tracking once your order has left us.

International delivery. We also deliver outside the UK. The fee depends on the destination and is shown at checkout before you pay. At present:

• European Union: £6
• United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland, Norway, Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Malaysia, Israel and the United Arab Emirates: £12
• Other countries we deliver to, including Gibraltar: £14
• India: a fee shown at checkout

Orders sent outside the UK may be subject to import duties or local taxes on arrival.

Delays. Occasionally the post is slow. If your order has not arrived within the expected time, write to us at Help@horological-london.com and we will look into it.

Damaged parcels. If your parcel arrives damaged, please tell us promptly, with a photograph if you can. We will put it right.
