Horological London ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and why. We are the data controller under the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

What we collect. Your name, delivery and billing addresses, email, telephone number, order history, and messages you send us. Our payment provider handles card details. We do not see or store them. We also collect basic technical data, such as your device and browser, through cookies.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis.
- To process and deliver your order (performance of a contract).
- To answer your questions (legitimate interests).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To send marketing emails, only if you have agreed (consent). You may unsubscribe at any time.
- To run and improve our website (legitimate interests; consent for non-essential cookies).
Who we share it with. Only those who help us run the shop: Shopify (our platform), payment providers, delivery companies and email services. Some may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards are in place. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it. Order records for six years, for tax purposes. Marketing data until you unsubscribe. Other data only as long as needed.
Your rights. You may ask to see, correct, delete or restrict your data, object to its use, or ask for a copy. You may withdraw consent at any time. Write to Help@horological-london.com. We will reply within one month.
Complaints. You may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We would appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Cookies. We use essential cookies to run the shop. We use others, such as analytics, only with your consent.
Changes. We may update this policy. The current version will always be here.
